Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your shipment.  

A return label will be sent to you and package must be shipped back to processing facilities within a week of receiving the return label. 

Your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars exclusive of taxes. By law we are required to collect sales tax and duties depending on the shipping address provided by the user. Except where noted otherwise, the list price represents the full retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. All product prices will be honored except in cases of patent error.

Seven Cedars NY will make sale price adjustments on items purchased up to seven days before the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact item size and style must be available for purchase at the time your request is made for an adjustment to be approved. Markdown items, or items originally purchased on sale, are not eligible for price adjustments.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agree, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
