Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website if available.
Can I change my order?
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States & Canada. For those who clients outside this area please get in touch for support.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we are an online only boutique. However, if you are interested in seeing our products in person, we do in-studio shopping appointments for clients in the Hudson Valley area!
How often are items re-stocked?
Most of our items are one-of-a-kind! However we are able to create custom works. Please reach out directly and we can work with you to create something special!
